Class Description

Abs - Class concentrates on isolating the abdominal muscles and lower back muscles for a balanced look.

Aero - Simply aerobics - designed to get your heart racing, blood pumping and the sweat flowing.  A great way to lose weight, and for those who hate doing cardio in the gym

Blitz - An all-over toning class focusing on legs, back, chest, shoulders, triceps and abs.  No co-ordination required simply turn up and follow the speed set by the instructor.  Push your body to the limit. 

BLT - A class designed to hit those problem areas - the bum, hips and abs.

Boxercise - A circuit style class involving a group warm-up, followed by set exercise stations to work you all over combined with instructor-led pad work teaching basic boxing techniques

Step - An aerobics and toning style class using a change in levels to maximise the workout.   Co-ordination is recommended for this type of class

Yoga - A class designed to improve your relaxation and flexibility via mental techniques and postural holds. It is advisable to book for the Monday evening class.

KiBo - A great workout for fitness using Kick Boxing and Boxing moves.

Serendipity - Get ready to chill out after a hard week and re-energise for the week ahead. A chilled class with incense burning, stretching and meditation.

Plyofit - Plyometric based training helping to increase your speed, strength and fitness
