Collymore Leisure is the largest independent health club in Southampton. Located just off the avenue, we are a short walking distance from the City centre, Polygon, Portswood, and other surrounding areas. This makes us ideal for both students, City centre workers, commuters and residents from all around Southampton.

Don't worry if you've never exercised before, we are very friendly and sociable with members ranging from 18-80+! We have many beginners here so don't be scared to come along and have a look around.  We pride ourselves on being the friendliest gym in Southampton!
